The Management has the right to expel, without notice, anyone who does not respect the regulation or behaves in such a way as to cause harm or disturbance.

THE RATE IS IMPLEMENTED IMMEDIATELY TO THE ARRIVAL.
The arrival of a maximum number of people / children will result in the cancellation of the booking and the loss of the deposit.

The number of people / children and the master data, which will occupy the booked structure, must be communicated in advance via E-mail. The reservation of the structure is only guaranteed for the people/children who will be notified via E-mail. Other people or children are allowed with overnight stay at the same property (subject to the maximum number of guests) will pay an EXTRA.

The camp site is VIDEO SURVEY for security reasons - ART. 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code (D.LGS 196/2003). If there are people who are not registered or do not have a special IDENTIFICATION BRACELET you will face a penalty of € 50.00 and will be invited to leave.

There are no daily guest entries.

The rooms are delivered from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure

Guests inside are kindly requested to deliver the bungalow / residence in the conditions in which they are delivered.

The staff, instructed by the management, will check the condition of the bungalow/residence at the delivery of the keys.

- It' forbidden use the bungalow/residence sinks to clean the fish
- It's forbidden cook fry inside the bungalow/residence

The Management reserves the right to refuse to accept subsequent reservations if the bungalows / residences are not returned in accordance with the decorative cleanliness and will also be charged an EXTRA supplement of € 30,00.

EXTRA Supplement of 30.00 € also if :
- Fridge/Freezer dirty
- Pots left dirty inside the kitchen
- There is sand or anything else inside the bathroom or in other places of the Bungalow / Residence

The AUTO / MOTO, to access the campsite, must be equipped with PASS ch to be applied on arrival by the personnel on the right side of the windshield. The car's PASS will have to be returned by the host himself to Direction, even under wear, at the time of payment as a result of the departure.
It is allowed to circulate with AUTO / MOTO inside the campsite SOLO to access and / or leave the facility.
It is strictly forbidden to circulate with unmanned vehicles within the campsite

Parents (or those legally exercising power) are responsible for the acts committed by their younger children and are therefore required to supervise them and to ensure that they maintain an educated and respectful attitude towards others under their direct responsibility of the equipment made available From the structure to its guests.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal practitioner, as the roads allow the vehicles to come on, so they can become dangerous for unaccompanied children.
If the indication is not followed, the staff member has the right to reproach those who do not comply with the rule.

- It' forbidden play with balloons or circulate with bikes and everything else in the area Bungalow / Residence / Camping / Pitches /
- Bar / Pizzeria / Sea square / Swimming pool area / Toilette
- It' forbidden make bike races
- It' forbidden enter the bikes in the Camping Bathrooms and in the Swimming Pool Area
- It' forbidden any activity that may cause disturbance to other guests
- It' forbidden play or gather in the camp baths

POMERIDIAN RESTORING HOUR h 14.00-15.30 - Check-In / Check-Out possible. A disclaimer is required to observe the hours quoted by the guests already present;
H 23.00-08.30: use of the car is allowed only for night-time emergencies.

The guest is required to wear the identification bracelet, allowing the recognition of authorized guests. (Mandatory from 3 years). Personnel personnel are authorized to stop and check who is unaccounted for. In case of breakage of the bracelet the same will have to be returned from the guest to the Management that will replace it. In case of subsequent substitutions to the same guest will be required payment of € 5.
WARNING: In case of loss of bracelet a further entry will be applied from Price List with registration verification
IMPORTANT: At check-out from the campsite each guest must return the bracelet at the time of payment
