Campsite Regulations

The FEE IS APPLIED IMMEDIATELY UPON ENTRY to the Facility

We inform our guests that at the beginning and end of the season, some services may be reduced or non-operational.

Management reserves the right to expel, without notice, anyone who does not comply with the regulations or behaves in a manner that causes damage or disturbance.

The pitch must be vacated by 3:00 PM on the day of departure; beyond this time, an additional day’s fee will be charged.

The nightly fee is applicable from the time of entry until 3:00 PM the following day.

Guests are required to wear the identification bracelet, which allows for the recognition of authorized guests (mandatory for ages 3 and up). Staff members are authorized to stop and check those without a bracelet. In the event of a bracelet breakage, guests must return it to the Management for replacement. For subsequent replacements for the same guest, a fee of €5.00 will be charged.

ATTENTION: In case of bracelet loss, an additional entry fee will be charged as per the Price List with registration verification.
IMPORTANT: Upon checkout from the Campground, each guest must return the bracelet at the time of payment.

The campground area is UNDER VIDEO SURVEILLANCE for security reasons – Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003). Persons inside without proper IDENTIFICATION BRACELETS will be subject to a €50.00 penalty and asked to leave.

No entries are allowed for daily guests.

It is prohibited to set up SUNSCREEN/SHADE NETTING around tents/caravans/camper vans.

It is prohibited to set up tents for storing games or luggage.

WASTE must be disposed of in the designated containers outside the campground (exit through the entrance gate, cross the street, and turn left). Guests are responsible for disposal. Guests not complying with this request will be identified, and an additional €30.00 collection fee will be applied to their registration card.

KIMIC TOILET (fixed/removable) and water filling (all water distributed on the premises is potable) can be done at the designated area as indicated.

FREE HOT SHOWERS with SOLAR PANELS are available in various areas of the Campground.

The COIN-OPERATED WASHING MACHINE €8.00 each can be found near the reception, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The BAR and MINI MARKET are open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM (unless otherwise specified).

The RECEPTION is open from 8:30 AM to 11:00 PM (unless otherwise specified).

Gates remain open at all times to allow pedestrian access for campground guests.

The BARRIER at the entrance is closed from 11:00 PM to 8:30 AM. If closed (from 11:00 PM to 8:30 AM), cars with PASSES must park in the entrance parking lot and guests must reach their accommodation on foot.

CARS/MOTORCYCLES must have a PASS to enter the campground. It will be applied upon arrival by staff on the right side of the windshield. The car PASS must be returned by the guest to Management, even in worn conditions, upon payment and departure. Once the pitch is chosen on foot (based on Management’s directions) and reached with the car, it must only be used to exit or re-enter the campground during permitted hours. Driving cars inside the campground for frivolous reasons is prohibited.

CARS/MOTORCYCLES must be parked in areas indicated by Management. Car parking is separate from the pitch area: after loading and unloading, cars must promptly be moved to the designated internal parking spaces of the campground as indicated by Reception, subject to availability.

FOR ANY PERMITTED RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY, PLEASE VISIT THE DESIGNATED RECREATIONAL AREA

Playground – Soccer Field – Bocce Ball Court – Beach Volleyball Court

– Playing with balls or cycling and any other activities are prohibited in the Bungalow/Residence/Campground/Pitches/Bar/Pizzeria/Piazza del Mare/Pool Area/Toilets
– Bicycle races are prohibited.
– Use of QUOD/ELECTRIC MOTORCYCLES inside the Campground is prohibited
– Any activity that may disturb other guests is prohibited
– Playing or gathering in the campground bathrooms is prohibited
– Use of Radio/TV/Stereos with audio volume that may disturb others is prohibited

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, as roads allowing vehicle access can be dangerous for unaccompanied children.

AFTERNOON REST HOURS 2:00 PM-3:30 PM Check-In/Check-Out is possible. Guests already present are requested to respect the mentioned times;
11:00 PM-8:30 AM: Vehicle use is permitted only for nighttime emergencies

FREE WI-FI. Any illegal activities or actions that slow down the internet connection are prohibited; otherwise, the connection will be suspended without prior notice. The connection may be unavailable if required by Reception.
